ASSESSMENT INTELLIGENCE
From Measurement to Meaningful Direction
We use validated psychometric measures wherever they’re scientifically appropriate, and build new ones only when a real gap exists and existing instruments can’t capture the construct.
Results are always interpreted in context — alongside other findings and the strength of the evidence.
Where we’ve built our own measures, we say so plainly. Those scales are provisional and undergoing validation — we report them as such, and we don’t imply established norms we don’t yet have.
